DRY AGED BEEF

During the dry aging process much of the moisture evaporates causing the enzymes in the meat to break down the proteins. This process creates a very tender product that has a distinct concentrated beef flavor.

Our Exotic meat selection may be for the more adventurous palette but our extensive offering of the finest exotic meats include Buffalo, Elk, Wild Boar, Rabbit, Venison, Alligator, Frog Legs, Octopus, Ostrich and Kangaroo. For any one that may want something different but a bit tamer, you could try some Quail, Pheasant, Geese, or Duck . And if you don’t happen to see a specific item, we are here to accommodate your special requests, please just ask.
